Discrimination
Workplace discrimination occurs when an employer treats you differently based on something you cannot change about yourself.

Retaliation
Retaliation is when you stand up against wrongdoing in the workplace, and your employer responds by taking an adverse employment action against you.

Wage & Hour
Your employer is legally required to provide minimum employee pay and breaks. Employers must also pay overtime (time and a half) to non-exempt employees when an employee works more than 8 hours in a day or 40 hours in a week.

Sexual Harassment
Sexual Harassment happens when an employer directs negative, inappropriate, or unwanted conduct towards an employee because of their sex.
